Vizual Edge Training Plan Updates

As we continue to create new exercises for our Edge Trainer vision training platform, Vizual Edge is committed to providing you with the best possible experience while training. Vizual Edge has updated all users' customized training plans ("My Plan") to include our three newest exercises (Pursuits, Contrast Sensitivity and Contrast Tracking), as well as provide more variety in the training.

What Changes Are Being Made?

In addition to adding our newest exercises, 'My Plan' customized training will be updated to provide greater variety of training exercises each week.

'My Plan' training will remain 15 minutes in length, and will no longer include exercises longer than 3 minutes.

How Will This Affect My Current 'My Plan' Progress?

Your progress in your current training plan will NOT be affected by this update to the training plans.

For example, if you are currently on Week 2, Session 2 on your My Plan, you will pick up right where you left off with your training, but with an updated configuration of exercises to complete.
